Dandelion salad Wash the dandelion greens carefully. Drain well and cut into pieces. Add
the onions, tomatoes and cheese. Toss to mix.
Make a salad dressing by mixing the pepper, salad oil, vinegar and dill.
Dress the salad, toss and serve.

Oriental chicken salad Salad:
Cook chicken. Cool then cut into pieces. Set aside. Shred cabbage and mix with almonds, crushed noodles, sesame seeds, green onion tops. Mix in chicken.
Sauce:
Mix sugar, pepper, bullion, rice vinegar, oil, soy sauce in container.
To Serve:
Pour sa Skillet corn and chicken 1. In skillet, in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove; set aside. Spoon off fat.
2. In skillet, combine remaining ingredients. Heat till boiling. Return
chicken to skillet.
3. Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes o Black-eyed pea and pasta salad In a blender, food processor or bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, cumin, sugar, salt, orange rind, and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and immediately rinse it under cold running water. Let drain again. Cherry pie salad Mix cherry pie filling, pineapple and marshmallows. Chill overnight.

Magic pan orange almond salad Shaking constantly, toast almonds in skillet over low heat till
golden brown (about 5 minutes). Was and dry lettuce. Tear into bite
size pieces. Place with green onions and mandarin oranges in large
salad bowl. Dressing: Combi Scalloped corn with oysters Place unopened cans of oyster stew in hot water for 10 minutes. Combine stew,
cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, cracker crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Combine butter and 1/2 cup crumbs.
Sprinkle around edge o Buffet chicken salad Combine the chicken, celery and lemon juice and chill 1 hour. Add grapes
(can be cut in half) and almonds. Combine mayonnaise, light cream, salt,
dry mustard and pepper, then add to the chicken mixture. Toss lightly. This
is especially attractive wh 7-up salad Prepare gelatin according to package directions, substituting 7-up® for
water. Let cool to room temperature, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into molds. Refrigerate.

Wilted spinach salad with tangerines In small bowl, stir together soy sauce, lemon juice and oil, set aside. In wok or large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of broth. Stir-fry mushrooms and onion for 3 minutes over medium-high heat. Remove from pan. fresh corn kernels until they begin to brown. Add 1/4 cup sliced
scallions and 1 chopped and seeded plum tomato and cook 2 minutes.

oil, lime juice, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over nectarine
mixture. Refrigerate. Mound on lettuce to serve.
