Mediterranean spring salad Cook potatoes in boiling salted water about 25 minutes or until tender;
drain well, and cool slightly. Peel and thinly slice potatoes; place in a

and onions; cook until tender crisp. Add salsa, beans, corn and
rice; cook until thoroughly heated. For each serving, place 1 cup
