Directions: Combine flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in dry mixture and milk. Fold in blueberries. Line pan with paper liner cups. Fill cups 3/4 full. Top with mixture of 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 Tbs. sugar. Makes 12 large muffins. Bake at 400 degress 5-30 minutes.
