until soft and add celery, stuffing mix, and seasoning. Heat,

buns with tuna mixture. Place on serving plate.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until filling is warm, 1 1/2 to 2 mins.
White beans with tuna salad Soak the white beans overnight to soften. Place in a large pot of water with garlic cloves and onion. Simmer for 1 hour. Remove beans and strain. Mix remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. As an alternative, you can use white cannelloni bean Buttermilk melt scones Cut butter into 1-inch cubes and combine with the dry ingredients in a food processor (I generally use my stand mixer). Process thoroughly. Put mixture in a bowl and chill for at least 10 minutes. Mix flour mixture with enough buttermilk to moisten well. Broiled fresh tuna with salsa *Use 1-1/2 to 2 peppers if a milder flavor salsa is desired.
SALSA: Mix together the tomatoes, onions, peppers, orange juice, lime
juice, corander, and salt to taste in a large bowl. Press down slightly on

Tuna fish, mushrooms, and celery Drain tuna well. Discard liquid and set tuna fish aside for later use.
Place margarine in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Melt over moderate heat. Add
celery and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, over moderate heat
until celery is limp. Add Cheesy muffin melt Combine the cottage cheese, wheat germ, chilies, and seasonings, blending
