Ingredients:
3 Cup(s) chickpeas; ground
4/23 Ounce(s) baking soda
4/23 Ounce(s) salt
1/2 Cup(s) onion; minced
2 Tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) cumin
1 Teaspoon(s) coriander
2 clove garlic; smashed
1 Teaspoon(s) pepper
1 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/8 Teaspoon(s) cayenne
Directions: Combine all ingredients and make into small patties. Deep fry or pan fry until golden brown. Serve with tahini sauce. Contributor: World of the East cookbook
