1 ground mustard
1/2 Ounce(s) worcestershire sauce
1/2 melted butter or margarine
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions: Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Dip chicken breasts in butter mixture. Place crushed onion rings in a bag. Put chicken in bag and coat with onion. Place chicken on a baking sheet or cake pan. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture and crushed onion. Bake uncovered at 400° for 20 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken browns.
