Directions: 1. Prepare a hot fire in a grill. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add onion
and red pepper and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until vegetables
are lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Remove
from heat and let cool slightly.
2. In medium bowl, combine cooked vegetables, ground chicken, lime juice,
chili powder and salt. Using wet hands, form into 4 ovals about 2
"
wide and
4 1/2
"
long.
3. Place patties in center of oiled grill set 4-6
"
from coals. Cook,
turning once, until browned, about 4 minutes. Transfer burgers to outside
edge of grill and continue grilling, turning once, until burgers are cooked
through and meat springs back when pressed lightly with a finger, 8-10
minutes. Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and place on sides of
grill to heat through.
4. Place warm tortillas and bowls of salsa and guacamole on table. Let each
guest place a burger on a tortilla, top with salsa and guacamole, roll up
and enjoy.

Pepper burgers Mix all ingredients, shape into 4 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan or
on grill and cook 3 incehs from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until
done to taste.

calo Turkey bayou burgers It's necessary to highly season turkey because the meat itself tastes
rather mild. Yet, once ground turkey is cooked up, it's delicious. To
do a taste test on the mixture, make a little patty the size of a silver dollar and pan-fry it in a non Fajita marinade * I have used diet cola with no problem.
Combine cola and soy sauce. Sprinkle meat with garlic salt to taste and at

sticky(white rice, I use basmati will take approx 20
min ), & lentils till soft. Co Burgundy burgers Mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about
3/4-inch thick. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning

To Beef fajita with cheese 1. Slice beef, pepper and onion into strips.
2. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium and stir-fry beef until slightly golden, about 6 minutes.
3. Increase heat to medium-high and add pepper, onion and chili powder to skillet.
4. Continue to cook, sti Bulghur burgers In a large pot, heat the water to a boil. Add the bulghur, reduce heat, and
cook for 20 minutes, until the bulghur is soft anf the water is absorbed. S
aside. Preheat oven to 350. Heat the oil in a large skillet, over
medium-high heat add the onions Beany burgers In a large bowl, combine beans, rice, ketchup and spices. Mash with a fork
potato masher until beans are well mashed. (Rice will be lumpy.) Add
