1 Tablespoon(s) Dried onion flakes; 1 ts Sugar;
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Dried celery flakes; 1/4 ts Salt;
2 Tablespoon(s) Dried parsley; 1 pn Ground cloves;
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dried garlic flakes; 1/2 c Wild OR brown rice;
1 Tablespoon(s) Dried green pepper flakes; 2 1/2 c Water;
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground tumeric; 1 c Scallion; chopped green with
1 Tablespoon(s) Chicken flavored granules; -some white or bouillion
Directions: In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, water, and the herb mixture. Bring to a boil, partially cover, lower the heat, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the rice is cooked. Fluff with a fork. Fold in the scallions and serve at once.
