and chili powder until well blended.

add olive oil to the pot & grated onion with parsley.
Cook to a golden colour. Add 4 litres of water & lentils. Bring to a

THAI GREEN CURRY CHICKEN WITH BASIL Tiny pea-size Thai green
eggplants are cooked with this curry. You may substitute fresh garden
peas which satisfies the visual appear Turkey chili Spray a cold large skillet with non-stick coating. Add turkey and
celery. Cook until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to break up pieces.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, juice cocktail, bay
leaf, onion, basil, bouillon granules, cumin Pasta enchiladas Cook manicotti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet brown ground beef. Drain beef and pour into a large
bowl. Stir in refried beans, cumin, and corn. Stuff manicotti with beef
mixture. Arrange manicotti in a 13X Chili-cheese jubilee 1. Saute onion in butter.
2. Add tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix and water; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
3. Mean while, beat eggs slightly; add cream, mixing well.
4. Remove tomato-chili mixture from heat; add egg-cream mixture slowly, stirring constan Garlic green beans Mix all ingredients together and dump into dutch oven. Cook 30-45 minutes uncovered on top of stove.
Ken's note: My trick is to make sure that all of the liquid boils off and that some of the beans wilt.
Spring green onion soup Steam the green onions and celery until tender. In a large frying pan,
saute the green onion in oil for 1-2 minutes, then add all the seasonings
and saute 1 more minute. Filling the blender twice, blend all the
ingredients until fairly smooth, Cheese chili bites Preheat oven to 400'F. (205'C.). Sift flour, salt and spices into a bowl.
Cut in butter finely until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add grated cheese
and mix well. Mix egg with cold water. Add 2 tablespoons of egg mixture to
cheese mixtu Peanut chili dip GARNISH: finely chopped peanuts and dash of paprika, optional.
Stir peanut butter and water into a paste and add other ingredients,
mixing well. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish.

This dip is perfect with bland crackers, or with a variety of Turkey chili (wedman) Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet.
Saute until the vegetables are soft. Add the remaining ingredients and
cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes or until the flavors are
blended.

In a large skillet over medium heat, place ALL PURPOSE GROUND MEAT MI Tomato and green onion rice Heat olive oil in a heavy small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add rice and stir until rice is coated with oil and slightly translucent,
about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring to simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover saucepan and cook until broth is Skillet green beans Fry bacon in electric skillet, crumble. Add green beans, onion, tomatoes,
tomato juice and a little crushed red pepper. Cook about an hour at 350
degrees.
Wilted green beans Preheat oven to 500F degrees. In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients until the beans
are well coated. Place on a non-stick baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes,
stirring once. Serve at room temperature garnished with the bell peppe Texas cheese enchiladas Allow 3 enchiladas per person. Use a Pyrex utility pan (13-1/2" x
8-3/4") to cook them. Lightly grease the utility pan (for
authenticity use laed). Preheat the oven to 400øF. Chop onions and
grate cheese. Saute the onions lightly in 2 Out-of-the-ordinary chili In a frying pan, saute meat until lightly browned. Pour off drippings. Add
water, chili, and curry powder; simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and beans;
heat through. Stir in onions. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on
cheese.
Chocolaty chili 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and
garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
2. Add the meat to the skillet. Break up any lumps with a fork and cook,
stirring occasionally, until the meat is evenly browned.
Green beans vinaigrette Cook frozen green beans with onion and garlic according to package
directions. Drain vegetables well; return to saucepan.
In a small mixing bowl combine parsley, wine vinegar, and mustard.
Gradually add olive oil, stirring constantly with a whisk Chili dip * Microwave chili until hot. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until
cheese is melted. Return to microwave if needed. Add sour cream and
picante sauce (I use hot). Mix well. Serve with nacho chips or plain
corn chips.
Hy abernathy's georgia chain-gang chili 1. In a large non-aluminum (preferably glass or glazed cast iron)
bowl make a marinade by combining the burgundy, thyme, bay leaves,
garlic, and black pepper. Place all the beef in the bowl and mix
lightly to coat the meat well. Cover and Spinach enchiladas ii Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Roast the peppers by placing them on an open gas flame, turning them frequently with tongs until all sides are charred black, about 7 to 10 minutes. (Alternately, the peppers can be roasted under a broiler, or on top of Mustard marinated green beans Trim ends of beans and cook in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water, uncovered, just until tender-crisp, about 7 minutes. Drain in a colander and immediately rinse with cold water to stop cooking and set aside.
