Fountain's beef tourneados 1. Melt butter in a saute pan.
2. Place beef in pan and cook until desired temperature.
3. Add mushrooms and scallions and saute for about a minute.
4. Pour in Brandy (be careful as Brandy will flame if skillet is very hot).

Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 5 minutes.

To develop the crisp crust that French bread is famous for, turn the
machine off and reset it after the first knead cycle is completed.
