In a med mixing bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and 1/4 t salt; set aside. In a small bowl combine egg white, milk, and oil; set as Baked zucchini with cheese 2 md Zucchini, sliced very thin

1/8 ts White Pepper, ground
1/8 ts Nutmeg, ground
1 x Green Onion, sliced thin
1/2 c Lowfat Swiss Cheese, grated
Put the zucchini in a colander or on towels to drain off Baked spaghetti #1 Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly grease 2 quart baking dish.
#2 Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.
