1 Can(s) sweetened condensed milk; not evaporated
Directions: Remove label from can. Place UNOPENED can in the bottom of a very deep pot. Cover with water so thte water is 3-4 inches above the can. Bring the water to a boil and boil steadily for 4 hours. MAKE SURE WATER LEVEL DOES NOT GO TO THE TOP OF THE CAN; CAN MAY EXPLODE. Remove the can with tongs and place on a wire rack to cool.
