Directions: In a medium saucepan, warm the cream and milk over medium heat, stirring
frequently, until hot and bubbling around the edges. Remove the pan from
the heat and add the two chocolates, the salt, and the cocoa powder. Let
sit for 15 seconds, then whisk until smooth.
Pour into espresso or demitasse cups and serve immediately.
