2 Liter(s) vegetable broth
2 1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 cabbage (green)

4 carrot
6 potato
9/200 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
Directions: Heat the olive oil in a pressure pan. Cook the chopped potatoes and carrots on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add chopped leek and cabbage and season with salt and pepper. Prepare and add hot vegetable broth. Close the pressure pan and cook for about 10 minutes on high pressure. Afterwards add the chopped courgette and cook until done. Serve hot and enjoy! :-)
