ingredients except butter and pastry. Refrigerate mixture at least 1
hour.
Open package of dough and cut a strip 2" wide, cutting through all
layers. Cover remaining dough with Hellmann's chicken potato salad ole In medium bowl combine tomatoes, green onions, chopped cilantro, jalapeno
peppers and 1 teaspoon of the salt; set aside. In large bowl combine
mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and remaining 1/2 teaspoon

medium-high heat until fully cooked but not mushy, 25-30 minutes.
Drain. Rinse under cold water. Dry well. Whisk together 2 tb peanut
oil, 1 tb vinegar and 1/4 ts peanut butt Mediterranean spinach Heat oil in a 5 to 6 quart pan over medium heat. Add garlic, onions, and dill weed; cook; stirring
often, until onions are soft (about 5 minutes). Transfer mixture to a bowl; stir in tomatoes.

Aegean salad This is a recipe I found on Mimi's Cyberkitchen page. I made it for
Christmas dinner on Thursday. It is really, really good -- it also tastes
just as good the next day (if there's any left). The only change I made was
to use slivers of r Potato salad with pomegranate Boil 500 g new potatoes, peel and dice. In a large bowl mix together 250 mL
plain yogurt (use a thick low-fat version to reduce kilojoules), 2 finely
chopped fresh coriander leaves and salt and pepper to taste.
Add potatoes and fold dressing ge Avocado and potato salad with horseradish *Choose avocados that are firm, with just a slight give. If the
avocado is soft enough to hold an indentation, it's overripe and
won't have the rich nutty flavor that you want for this salad.
Bring water to a boil in the bottom of a Brown derby cobb salad Cut finely lettuce, watercress, chicory and romaine and arrange in salad bowl. Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds, dice finely and arrange over top of chopped greens. Chop bacon finely and sprinkle over the salad. Green goddess salad dressing In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, scallions, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and pepper nd mix well. Place in a covered container and fefrigerate until ready to serve.
Shrimp and asparagus salad Cook green asparagus in boiling salted water until
barely tender, about 1 minute. If purple asparagus is
tender, don't cook at all. In mixing bowl, combine
asparagus, shrimp and bell pepper. In another bowl,

Corn fritters with arugula and warm tomato salad Prepare tomatoes:
Cook white and pale green scallions in oil in a 10- to 12-inch nonstick
skillet over moderate heat, stirring, until softened, 1 to 2 minutes. Add
