Directions: Packed with flavor, these bars are satisfying, healthy, and quick to make. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Combine all ingredients; pat into a 9-inch (23 cm square nonstick baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Press down firmly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 2-inch (5 cm) squares. Cool.
