Directions: pre-heat oven to 350 F
mix half package cream cheese in a bowl with various favorite herbs
&
spices
butterfly chicken breasts
spread cream cheese in a generous stripe on one edge of breast, roll breast up.
dip breast in egg, dredge in crushed crackers or breadcr
umbs or just flour mixed with fave spices/herbs.
heat oil in pan, lightly brown chicken on both sides.
transfer to cookie sheet, and bake for about 25-35 min.
