BOTTOM CRUST:

bread, and press "Start".
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room
temperature.

Drop dough by 5 to 6 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Place the potatoes in the center of a double thickness of heavy aluminum foil. Toss with 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Wrap up in the foil, turning up the edges to seal. Place Red potato salad with grainy mustard dressing Place potatoes in a large saucepan with just enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 8 to 15 minutes. Drain
and set aside until cool enough to handle.
Chop potatoes and mix with scallions, celery and olives.
To m Beef and cheese log Mix salad dressing with softened cream cheese. Add Cheddar cheese and
beef. Mix well. Shape into a 10-inch log. Roll in pecans. Wrap in
waxed paper. Chill. Serve sliced with assorted crisp crackers.
Makes 40 1/4-inch slices
Calories per 1/ Cheese and rice casserole from joan johnson 1. Combine all in a mixing bowl. Pour into casserole dish sprayed
with nonstick spray.

Buffalo chicken wing/ blue cheese dip Boil enough water to cover the chicken breasts in a large sauce pan.
Boil the chicken until its cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken, pat dry, and shred with a fork.
Place the shredded chicken in a large baking dish. Use 2 8"x8" Connie's blue ribbon pie crust * This makes 4 crusts for 2 pies (two bottoms, two tops). You might even want to use 2/3 of the dough on one pie and freeze the last third for a tart or something.
Make the crust first, then refrigerate while you are preparing the filling.*
Mix dry ingred Beef, cheese, and noodle casserole Preheat oven to 325F.
Heat olive oil, and saute onions.
Add and brown ground beef.
Add spaghetti sauce and salt.
Cook angel hair pasta until al dente.
In 9x13 casserole dish, place 1/2 the cooked noodles on the bottom, then add 1/2 the meat sauce, then 1/ Goat cheese- arugula ravioli with tomato pancetta butter Make ravioli: Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add
shallots; saut 10 minutes. Add arugula; toss until wilted but still bright
green, about 3 minutes. Transfer arugula mixture to large bowl and cool.
Mix in goat cheese and Parmesan cheese. Triple cheese - poppyseed noodles GARNISH: fresh parsley sprigs, steamed broccoli florets, or steamed
asparagus spears, optional.
Boil a large pot of water; cook noodles until al dente.
While noodles are cooking, in a med mixing bowl, combine remaining
ingredients except Cheddar Donna's cornbread, sausage and jalapeno dressing "This is a twist on the traditional cornbread dressing. If you like jalapenos - you will love this dressing! It's spicy without being hot. My family requests it every year and they are hard to please!"

Serves: 10 Potato skins with cheese and bacon Bake potatoes at 425F for 1 hour or until done. Cool slightly. Cut each

Reserve pulp for another use. Place potato shells on a baking sheet. Spray
inside of shells with cooking spray Goat cheese chicken breasts Preheat oven to 375
in a medium sized bowl, mix togehter breadcrumbs, salt and ground black pepper. cut a pocket into each breast, cutting almost to the other side. Stuff each breast pocket with 1 ounce of the goat cheese.
Next, in a small bowl crack eg Roasted onion dressing Preheat oven to 400F . Place 2 onions cut side down on baking sheet.
Pour 2 T olive oil over. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake onions 30 minutes;
turn onions over and bake until brown and caramelized, about 30 minutes
longer. Cool. Transfer onions to proces Miso salad dressing Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Cheddar cheese ball Bring the cheeses and margarine to room temperature. Add milk, green
onion, pimiento, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce; beat till
combined. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
Shape mixture into a ball; roll in nits. Let stand 15 minutes. Ser Cheese casserole 1. Drain chili peppers. Remove seeds and chop peppers coarsely.
2. In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl melt butter in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.
3. Add onion and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until tender. Add chil Thousand island dressing Combine egg, catsup, tomato puree, mayonnaise, relish, olives, chives, pimiento, salt, pepper, mustard and MSG and beat. Gradually beat in
buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups
Apple and cheese pleasers Combine flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder and
salt in large bowl, mix well. Add oats, cheese and raisins, mix well. Stir
in apple. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake in
preheated moderate oven Angel hair pasta with beef and cheese 1. Prepare pasta according to packaging.
2. Chop tomatoes and bell pepper and mince garlic, set aside.

Spinach/cheese stromboli Preheat oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes and turn off. Combine
yeast, sugar and warm water in a small mixing bowl. Set aside for 5
minutes until foamy. In the workbowl of a food processor, add flour,
butter pieces and salt. Process for 20 sec "tex-mex" mac 'n cheese In large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey with the chopped pepper,
onion and mushrooms. Stir in the tomato paste and water and corn. Cook the
macaroni and cheese according to package directions, adding milk and
margarine if required. Add the mac Dutch cheese spread Take a cup of the cheese or curd after it has been mashed through a fine sieve and put it in a bowl. Pour in slowly, sweet milk or cream- half and half is a good mixture- using the back of a spoon to make it smooth. Work in sufficient milk and cream to br Cream of cauliflower and cheese soup If you want to cut down in the fats in the recipe, use margarine and skim
milk for the butter and the milk.
In a heavy 4 qt kettle, cook water, onion, basil, salt, and pepper covered
for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add cauliflower. Cover and coo Cheese nuggets Mix butter and flour together well. Add cheese and work in well. Shape
into small marble-sized balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in
375F (190C) oven for about 10 minutes. Makes 36.
Asparagus and blue cheese quiche NB* As usual, the weight of pastry is the weight of flour used to make it.
Roll out the pastry and line a 9" flan ring. Bake blind as usual at a
high temperature (400 for 8-9 mins weighted down then a futher 2-3 mins
just to colour light Macaroni & cheese - diner style Prepare the macaroni in a large saucepan according to the directions on the
package. Drain and return to the saucepan to keep warm.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter add the onion and
chopped Rockmelon salad with orange dressing Peel the rockmelon, remove seeds and slice into wedges. Combine with
avocado, onion and cashews.
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour
over salad and serve.

Cheese ball snack mix In a large bowl, combine the cashews, cheese balls, corn Chex, rice Chex, miniature pretzels and chow mein noodles.
In another bowl combine the butter, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.
Pour butter mixture over cere Cottage cheese cookies Cream butter and cheese until thoroughly blended.
Sift flour, measure, and sift with sugar, baking
powder, and salt. Add gradually to first mixture.
Form into a loaf. Chill overnight. Slice thin. Place
on slightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in moderate o Pears stuffed with gorgonzola cheese 1. Peel pears and cut in half lenthwise. Core and scoop a tablespoon of pulp out of each half. Coat each section of pear with lemon juice to prevent browning.
2. Cream the gorgonzola with the butter until soft and fluffy. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture Primavera salad with warm dressing Cook tortellini in large pot of rapidly boiling salted water for
about 25 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain.
In large pot of boiling water, blanch snow peas for 1 minute. Chill
in ice bath until cold. Blanch carrots, then Asparagus cornet with lemon dressing ** See recipe for Puff Pastry.

Roll the pastry out onto a lightly floured work surface to 3" x
20" rectangle, 1/4" thick. Cut the rectangle into 4 long strips, each
3/4& Denny's cheese soup Put butter, soups, Mayo and Cheez Whiz in 1-1/2 quart saucepan, stirring
constantly over medium heat, until smooth. Stir in broth and season to
taste with salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until piping hot - but do not
let it boil. Do not freeze be Wisconsin cheese chowder In a Dutch oven, combine the peppers, onions, celery, apple juice, and
garlic. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the flour
and 1/2 cup of the stock. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add the potatoes and the remaining 1-1/2 Almond oatmeal with cottage cheese, fruit cocktail and milk 1. Cook oatmeal according to package directions to ensure proper consistency.
2. Stir in wheat germ and almonds.
3. Serve with cottage cheese, fruit cocktail and milk.
Note: If desired and if given in meal, milk may be used instead of water

process for several miknutes until the almonds are
very finely ground. Store in a tightly sealed
container in the refrigerator.
