single layer to prevent crowding. Cook, turning once, until golden brown

Barbecue Sauce:
In a saucepan, heat peanut oil. Add garlic and onion. Cook until soft. Add

Whisk olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, chives
and ginger in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour oil into heavy medium saucepan to depth of 1 inch. Heat oil to 375F.

Honey mustard pork sandwich 1. Prepare according to package directions.
2. Thinly slice cooked pork. Spread both cut sides of rolls with honey mustard. Place one slice of cheese on bottom, pile with sliced pork, top with cheese slice and roll top.

(2) Mix soy sauce and rice wine together, boil 5 minutes, and cool.
(3) Chop green onion finely. Grate radish and remove juice slightly from grated radish.

Mix together the olive oil, soy, garlic and ginger in a shallow baking

Split bun in half. Place basil leaves on bottom half. Arrange egg, tomato, and cucumber slices on top of basil and drizzle with dressing. Top with alfalfa spprouts, watercress or Curried cold asparagus soup Snap off woody ends from asparagus stalks. Clean stalks with vegetable peeler, cut off tips and reserve. Curried lentil & carrot soup Heat oil in a large soup pot. Add the onions & saute them for about
10 minutes. Add the lentils & cook for 1 minute, stirring
constantly. Mix in the carrots & curry powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the boiling water, salt & p Curried chicken casserole Cut chicken fillets into 4 pieces. Combine chicken with spices in
bowl, mix well. Heat oils in large pan, add chicken mixture, cook
until browned and tender. Pour sauce over chicken, stir until heated
through. Serve with saffron rice.
Sauce: Curried yogurt dip GARNISH: finely chopped almonds or walnuts, optional.
In a bowl, combine ingredients, stirring well. Spoon into serving bowl.
If possible allow to set for 30 minutes at room temperature before
serving. Garnish.
Makes 1 cup.
Serve with fresh vegetables or Pink turkey sandwich (by dawn douglas) 1. Get out all of your ingredients.
2. Spread strawberry cream cheese on one slice of bread.
3. Put lettuce on other slice of bread.
4. Put turkey in between the lettuce and cream cheese.
5. Eat the sandwich and clean up!
Curried chicken and banana soup Cut the chicken into small pieces. Brown the chicken in the oil, then remove and drain. Add the onion and garlic and saute until soft. Add the chile and curry powder and saute for an additional 2 minutes.
Combine the chicken, onion mixture, tomato, coc Camp tuna and rice Heat tuna in its oil in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Tuna melts Place tuna and cheese on bread. Place in oven on broil and wait until cheese is melted.
*Can use french bread or bagels as a substitute for sliced bread.
