Ok, the night before you want to make this (or in the morning...), take the
ice cream and scoop it into balls (tennis ball size). Make sure the balls
of ice cream are solid, no air p Cream cheese butter cookies Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add the flour and egg yolk and mix well. Add the cream cheese and mix
well.
Roll into balls about 5/8 inch diameter. Place them on an ungreased

tart, so to make ice cream you need less fruit and more sugar. Toss the
raspberries, 3/4 cup sugar, and the lemon juice together in a bowl. Cover
