Directions: Heat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine oats, barley flour, salt, water, and oil in a large bowl; mix
throroughly.
Shape the dough into a rectangle and roll it paper-thin on a lightly
greased, rimless baking sheet.
Moisten the surface of the rolled dough with a damp pastry brush, and
sprinkle seeds on the dough. Roll again to press seeds into the surface.
Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1-inch squares.
Bake until thoroughly dry and slightly brown, about 40 minutes.

Crunchy cheddar ranch chicken Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper on a plate.
Dip chicken breasts in ranch dressing.
Coat chicken breasts in bread crumb mixture, and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
Crunchy napa cabbage slaw 1. Place almonds in a 9-in cake pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden, shaking pan once, 6-9 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, snow peas, radishes, green onions, and cilantro.
3. Add dressing and almonds to cabbage mixture; mix gently to Crunchy pickle & ham roll ups Pat ham and pickle spears dry with paper towel. I like to use only 2 bags of oyster crackers(12 oz bags).
Crunchy noodle jumble Combine all ingredients in a 13" X 9" X 2" baking pan, tossing lightly to
coat. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 munites, stirring once during
baking time. Remove from oven, and serve hot. Food Exchange per serving: 1
FAT EXCHA Crunchy chinese chicken salad Combine ingredients for dressing to dissolve sugar.
Toss all ingredients, including the dressing together.
Adjust dressing amount to taste and wetness.
Crunchy celery slaw Trim ends of celery. (Use tops for soups, stews, etc.) Separate celery into
ribs. Thinly slice on the diagonal. (Makes about 6 cups.) Combine oil,
pineapple juice, lemon juice, poppy seed, salt and white pepper. Pour over
celery. Add carrots. Butter crackers In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir water and 1/3 c
butter into flour mixture until smooth dough forms. Divide dough in half;
cover and let stand 10 minutes. Place half the dough on a 17 x 14 inch
baking sheet and roll out to a Crunchy taco chip chicken 1. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange chicken breasts with thicker parts

surface, rol Chocolate peanut butter crackers Spread peanut butter on 24 crackers. Top with 24 crackers so you have 24 sandwiches.
Melt almond bark in a double broiler or on the stovetop over low heat.
Dip the peanut-butter cracker sandwiches into the melted chocolate and set on wax paper to cool.
O Crunchy baked ham salad Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly
greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.

hazelnuts on two rimmed baking sheets. Toast in oven, stirring halfway

chopped in 1/4" pieces. Add butter, pulse on and off till size of small
peas. Stir flour with cornmeal, salt, chili powder and mustard in small
