Haricot verts with goat cheese and warm bacon dressing Cook beans in a large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about
5 minutes. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again. Pat dry. (Can
be made 1 day ahead. Wrap in paper towels, enclose in plastic bag, and
chill. bring to room temp before Electronic gourmet's garlic and herb salad dressing 1) Shake all ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Let
stand
at room temperature for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.

refrigerate chicken at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Food' Cold poached chicken with chinese garlic sauce Accompaniment if desired: sesame orzo with charred scallions
Poach chicken: In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan bring water to a boil with
gingerroot, Scotch, and salt to taste. Add chicken and simmer,
covered, 12 minutes, or until just cooked through. Tran 400-clove garlic turkey from the stinking ros Turkey stock may be substituted for chicken stock, if available.
Clean and wash the turkey and pat dry with a paper towel. Loosen the skin
of the breast and rub the turkey under the skin with the sage and chopped
garlic. Season the turkey inside a Creamy scalloped potatoes Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Toss slices in 1 cup water and 1/2
teaspoon cream of tartar. Drain. Put half of sl iced potatoes in
greased CROCK-POT. Top with half of onion slices, flour, salt and
pepper. Add remaining sliced potatoes and onions. Ajo aceite garlic mayonnaise for rice In a blender, place garlic and egg and blend until smooth. Add lemon juice
and mustard and blend again. With machine running, drizzle in oil to form
mayonnaise. When all oil has been used, remove to bowl, season with salt

Cut tenderloin in 8 slices (medallions) approximately 1 to 1 1/4-inch wide. Place two slices (medallions) together and wrap bacon slice around both pieces to hold together to make pork “mignons.” Secure with wooden toothpick. 2. Combine oils, and while machine is running, pour in slowly through the

Note: Th Creamy ranch salad dressing In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese andyogurt until smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in onions and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min so flavours develop.
Store for up to one week. Stir before serving.

20" rectangle, 1/4" thick. Cut the rectangle into 4 long strips, each
3/4& Berry sausage dressing In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice and sugar. bring to a
boil for 5 minutes. Cool.
Break sausage into small pieces over stuffing mix in a large bowl and
sprinkle with baking powder. add celery, onion and egg beaten with water.
Toss gent Garlic-tomato grilled shrimp In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the 2 tablespoons salt and the ice water. Refrigerate 20 minutes, but no more. Meanwhile, mince together the tomatoes, garlic, parsley and coriander. Turn into a medium bowl and stir in the hot pepper and 2 tablespoons o French tomato dressing Blend all ingredients except oil
&
lemon juice till
smooth.
Keeping the blender running, slowly pour in the oil.
Stir in the lemon juice.
Chill.
Creamy chicken casserole low-cal, low-fat Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium saucepan, combine flour and powdered
milk. Slowly add skim milk, stirring to blend. Cook over medium heat
until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, marjoram

Bruschetta (italian garlic bread) Toast the bread lightly and rub with garlic while still hot. Season with
salt and lots of pepper, and pour enough oil on each slice to soak
thoroughly. Place two slices of tomato on each piece of bread and top with
a basil leaf. Sprinkle with Parmig Roasted garlic 2 Heat oven to 350F degrees.
Carefully peel skin from around each bulb of garlic, leaving just enough
to hold garlic cloves together. Cut 1/4 inch from top of each bulb to
expose cloves. Place cut side up on a 12-inch square of aluminum
foil.

In a saute pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the Garlic and red Pepper flakes and saute for 1 minute. Raise the heat to high and add the shrimp, Garlic shrimp appetizer Shell and devein shrimp. Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and mayonnaise. Stir
in shrimp and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Mix bread crumbs, basil, parsley and dill. Coat
each shrimp with crumbs and place in single layer in shallow baking d Peanut garlic marinade Put broth, peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice and sugar in the blender.
Blend smooth and add cayenne to taste. Arrange chicken parts in a large
shallow baking dish and pour over marinade. Turn once and refrigerate,
