Creamy Coconut Frosting



Ingredients:
1 Can(s) evaporated milk; (13 oz.)
1 Cup(s) sugar
1/2 Cup(s) butter
3 Egg yolks
1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 1/2 Cup(s) flaked coconut
Directions: Combine milk, sugar, butter, egg yolks and vanilla in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly about 12 minutes or until thickened.
