Directions: Cook spinach and onion in chicken broth for 10 to 15 minutes in a covered saucepan. In a soup pot, melt butter and stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk, cream and sour cream. Stir over low heat until mixture bubbles and thickens slightly. Add spinach mixture and nutmeg; stir well. Do not let soup come to a boil. Taste and add salt and pepper if desired.
