1 Tablespoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/4 Cup(s) Heavy Cream
1 Tablespoon(s) Unsalted Butter, melted
Directions: Preheat oven to 450F degrees. Grease baking sheet. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in heavy cream until the mixture forms a ball. Do not overmix. Turn the dough onto a floured surface. Knead 4 times. Pat out to 3/4-inch thickness. Cut into rounds witha floured 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place biscuits on a baking sheet. Pat out scraps once and cut out more rounds. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
