2 vinegar
1/3 vanilla extract
217/10000 baking soda
3 cocoa powder
1 27/625 sugar

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients with oil, vinegar, vanilla, and add water. Grease and flour tube pan, bake at 350 degrees for an hour
