Potato salad with buttermilk dressing Scrub and halve potatoes lengthwise.
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add potatoes; cover and return to
boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
Dressing: In large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, yogurt, dill, vinegar,
oil, m Dorothee dahm's potato salad Boil red potatoes in skins. Peel and slice. Add diced onions, diced dill pickles, diced parsley and salt and pepper.
For the dressing, begin with mayonnaise. Add yellow mustard until "sort
of" yellow. You may add sweet cream to make like Tiffany salad 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Place chicken in the pot, add curry powder, and cook until browned and tender. Once chilled, cut into thin strips.
2. In a shallow, broad dish, layer the following:

Diabetic herb potato salad Scrub potatoes & cube. Place in medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring
to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are
done. Drain. Mix dressing ingredients and combine hot potatoes, dressing
and radishes. Serve Egg salad tea sandwiches Peel eggs and place into a medium bowl. Slice eggs and then coarsely mash them with the back of a fork. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and dill; stir until well blended. NOTE: This mixture can be refrigerated, covered, up to two days.

White bean salad with grilled shiitake, shallots and smoked sturgeon Mix the cook beans with the shallots, the mustard and the olive oil, make sure that the dressing just coats the beans but that it is not runny. Season the shiitake caps and grill them, until tender. Mix 1/2 of the sturgeon with some of the bean salad and Wild rice/quinoa salad Add wild rice to boiling water/broth and simmer until rice is tender, about 45 minutes to an hour.
Add well-rinsed quinoa to boiling water/broth and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. I forgot to notice how long this takes.
In a large mixing bowl, combi Quick spinach salad Wash, dry, and tear spinach leaves into bite-size pieces, discarding stem.
Place spinach in a large salad bowl and add onions. Just before serving,

Mediterranean bean salad with cheese 1. Rinse, dry and chop spinach, tomato and bell pepper.
2. chop onion and mince garlic, set side.
3. Rinse and drain kidney beans and chickpeas in colander.
4. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
5. In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar and black Calypso salad Mix all the ingredients together and let stand at least 30 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.
Fresh tuna & red potato salad Heat 1-Inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan. Add
the potatoes and cover. Heat until boiling then reduce the heat until
simmering and simmer the potatoes 30 to 35 minutes or until they are
tender, then drain and cool Spinach salad dressing whisk verything thoroughly until blended and emulsified.
Whole grilled colbar with zingy salad Preheat the grill.
1 Trim the fish and remove the skin using a towel to help grip it. Make a slit down either side of the back bone.

Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce, if desired. Yields: 4 servings.
