Ingredients:
24 large jalapeno pepper
4 crab meat
1 cream cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cut the peppers in half, remove seeds and stems. Blanch the peppers in salt water, rinse and drain well.
Blend crab meat and cream cheese into a paste. Spoon into the peppers. Place filled peppers on a baking sheet and stick in the oven for 40 minutes (per my mom - I think 35 minutes would have been just fine too).
