Curried meatballs with mango chutney Place the oil and chopped onion in a skillet over medium low heat, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, add curry and cook for 1 minute (toasts the curry -- increasing flavor). Remove to a bowl and cool. Combine all remaining Shrimp & scallop kabobs Peel and devine shrimp. Drain pinapple chunks. Use Imported Soy sauce if
available for better taste. Use domestic if that is all that is available.
In medium bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and

orking in batches, puree tomatoes, cucumber, all bell peppers, onion,
garlic, oil, and vinegar in blender. Strain puree through sieve into large
bowl, pressing hard on solids to extract as much pulp and liquid as
possible. Whisk cayenne pepper Crab and shrimp quiche bake In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Transfer to a 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
New orleans-style shrimp and rice Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour, and stir
until light brown, 3-4 minutes. Add bell peppers, onions and celery; cook,
stirring occasionally, until softened, about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes,

ingredients together in a second bowl. Have this ready at the table when
