Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) crab meat; fresh or frozen
1/2 Cup(s) chopped onion
1/3 Cup(s) chopped celery
1/3 Cup(s) chopped green pepper
1/3 Cup(s) melted fat or oil
2 cloves garlic; finely chopped
2 Cup(s) soft bread cubes
3 Eggs; beaten
1 Tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
1/2 Teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions: Thaw frozen crab meat. Drain crab meat. Remove any remaining shell or cartilage from crab meat. Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in fat until tender.
