Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a large cast-iron skillet and place skillet in the oven to heat the oil. Combine corn meal, flour, sour cream and eggs. Blend well. Add cheddar cheese, pimentos and jalapeno peppers. Mix all ingredients, bearing in mind that batter will become very thick. Remove HOT skillet from oven and pour better into skillet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top of cornbread is golden brown.
