1 Pound(s) (hearts) artichokes
326/625 Pound(s) Crumbled feta cheese
2 Clove(s) Minced garlic (clove)
1 Pound(s) Boneless Skinless Breasts chicken
1 Pound(s) Near East Parmesan couscous
Directions: *Brine Chicken Breasts in Fridge for at least 2 hours prior to cooking. Cut breasts into cubes, saute in olive oil until fully cooked--add minced garlic and cook only until fragrant. Add water according to couscous package directions and add the seasoning packet--bring to boil and remove from heat; add couscous, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Add chopped artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Serve immediately. * To brine chicken breasts, combine 1/2 cup kosher salt and 1 cup water; dissolve salt and pour over chickent breasts.
