Country-Style Chicken Kiev



Ingredients:
4 Pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast
417/10000 Ounce(s) salt
1/2 garlic salt
1/6 Ounce(s) dried oregano
1/6 Ounce(s) dried basil leaves
163/2500 Pound(s) grated parmesan cheese
1/2 dry bread crumbs
839/2413 Pound(s) melted butter
2 Ounce(s) white cooking wine
1/4 Bunch(s) chopped fresh parsley
Directions: Combine 1st six ingredients. Dip chicken in butter and set remaining butter aside. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. At end of baking time, combine butter with wine and parsley and pour over chicken. Bake 4 minutes more.
