Ingredients: Directions: Remove hock and freezer for later use. Soak in cooler with water. Change the water twice a day for 2 days. Place ham in disposable roasting pan. Add Dr. Pepper until it reaches halfway up the pan. Tent with foil (not touching ham) and bake 400F for 1/2 hour. Turn heat down to 325F and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Flip ham over and tent again.
