Pour over vetables. Cover. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes, or
until vegetables are tender.
Food Exchange Molded cheese treats (wilton) Coarsely grate cheese. Place in micro-proof measuring cup. Microwave on
medium power until melted., approximately 2 minutes. Pour into Wilton candy
molds of your choice (halloween ones are awesome). Place sticks in for

Goat cheese- arugula ravioli with tomato pancetta butter Make ravioli: Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add
shallots; saut 10 minutes. Add arugula; toss until wilted but still bright
green, about 3 minutes. Transfer arugula mixture to large bowl and cool.

milk and heat until bubbling. Toss cheese in flour, then add to the pot and
stir all the time over a low heat until it is melted and the mixture is

into small marble-sized balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in
375F (190C) oven for about 10 minutes. Makes 36.
Crockpot cheese fondue dip Combine condensed soup, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice,
and chives. Cover and heat on > low in crock-pot for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Stir
until smooth and well blended. Keep hot in the pot.
