Cornbread Stuffing



Ingredients:
1 Ounce(s) 8-12 oz. chicken broth
1 egg
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped celery
1/2 poultry seasoning
1/2 sausage
1 Jiffy Brand cornbread mix
Directions: Make the cornbread as directed and let cool. Cook sasuage and drain fat. Chop onion and celery and combine in large mixing bowl. Crumble cornbread and add to mix. Add all other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Spread mixture in pan. Place in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
