Directions: If desired, set aside some corn and green onion for a garnish. In a med mixing bowl stir together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in remaining corn and green onions. Spray 2 individ 12 oz casseroles with Pam. Divide egg mixture between casseroles. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 deg F oven for 25 minutes. In a small mixing bowl stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and margarine. Sprinkle atop casseroles. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes more or till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Garnish with reserved corn and green onions, if desired.

Albuquerque corn-bread stuffing Prepare corn bread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 metal baking
pan or deep 12 inch skillet with oven safe handle.
In large bowl, with spoon, mix cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and
solt. Stir in buttermilk and remaining ingredient Budin de elote (corn pudding) Heat the oven to 300 F. Place a heavy baking sheet on the lower rack of
the oven. Butter a 1-quart baking or souffle dish and sprinkle with the
bread crumbs. Set aside.
Put the corn and milk into a food processor and process for 10 to 15

If I were having my teeth out again, I'd have soup. I think it's
comforting, and it's definitely easy to eat! My favorite is Jackie Manni Golden cheddar corn bread Combine the dry ingredients and then stir in the cheddar cheese. Combine the milk, butter and egg then add them to the dry ingredients, mixing until just moistened.
Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 425 degrees F for 35 minutes. Se |
