Ingredients:

1/6 Ounce(s) vanilla extract
4 (egg whites only) egg
417/10000 Ounce(s) cream of tartar
8 105/304 Ounce(s) pecans, chopped
25 8/221 Ounce(s) cereal, cornflakes
8 105/304 Ounce(s) coconut
163/625 Pound(s) crushed candy, hard peppermint
Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 350F; in large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Stir in cream of tarter and vanilla. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff and glossy. Stir in pecans, coconut, corn flake cereal and peppermint candy. Drop by rounded measuring table-spoonfulls, onto cookie sheets sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. 2. Bake about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from cookie sheets, cool on wire racks.
