Ingredients:
4 Cup(s) Corn, cut from about 8 ears
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 Cup(s) Butter or Margarine, melted
1/2 Cup(s) Half-and-Half
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions: Combine corn, bell peppers, and butter in a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Add half-and-half, season with salt and pepper, and cook uncovered over low heat 5 to 7 minutes more, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir frequently during cooking.
