Asparagus salsa Partially thaw Asparagus and chop.
Combine all ingredients, cover and chill thoroughly – about 3 hours.

Serve with anything...very good with grilled fish, grilled chicken,

Salsa suprema Combine all ingredients and chill, covered, in refrigerator at least
one hour.
Hot salsa Put all but cornstarch liquid in 8 quart pot and bring to a boil,
boil slow 20 minutes. Slowly add cornstarch liquid. Boil 10 minutes.
Put in jars and process 15 minutes or freeze. Makes about 13 pints.
Yogurt salsa Core and dice tomatoes. Peel and chop onion. Seed and chop pepper.
Combine tomatoes, onion, pepper, yogurt, cilantro, salt and pepper in
the work bowl of a food processor or blender. Process by pulsing
until coarsely chopped, but not pureed. Ch Succotash salsa Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper
Let sit 30 minutes
Serve at room temperature
Pineapple-mango salsa Twist crown from pineapple. Cut pineapple lengthwise into quarters.
Remove fruit from shell, taking care to cut out any "eyes" that
remain; core fruit. Chop into small pieces to make 1 1/2 cups; reserve
remaining pineapple for other use. Asian chicken with red onion salsa CHICKEN:
Mix all ingredients except chicken in shallow glass bowl or dish. Add
chicken; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare salsa.
Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill

remove the black seeds Cucumber salsa * Cucumbers should be pared, seeded and coarsely shredded.

Green chili salsa Heat oil, add onion and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add chili
and simm a couple of more minutes. Add garlic and tomatoes, simmer
10 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Now blend if you
used natural chilies.
Salsa verde (vtjs99b) * Also called Chinese Parsley or Fresh Coriander. In a small bow,
combine the tomatoes, onions, coriander, chili, garlic, salt and
pepper to taste. Mix gently, but thoroughly together. Taste for
seasoning. Refrigerate if not to be used immediat Salsa verde #2 Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together well. Correct
seasoning to taste.

Salsa: Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jicama, 2 T lime juice, jalapeno and ginger in bowl. Cover and let sit for at least one hour.
Fish: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Broiled or grilled fish w/ black-bean salsa Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl (jalapeno should be seeded, but not deveined. Black Beans should be drained and rinsed). Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper. (can be prepard 1 day ahead. cover and refrigerate.). Mix chopped avocado into Anna's salsa Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chop the peppers finely and add to large bowl. Mix salsa well. Add the spices (I normally use about 1-2 teaspoons of the spices) and mix. Let chill in refridgerator at least 1 hour for flavor t Tomatillo-apple salsa Combine tomatillos, apples, sweet pepper, vinegar, jalapeno peppers,
cilantro, sugar, and 1 ts salt in a 4 to 6-qt kettle. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Ladle into hot,
sterilized half-pint jars, leaving 1/2-inch Salsa chicken wings Mix together and heat Salsa, butter and lemon juice. Brown wings in
French fryer or in pan. Place in baking dish, cover with salsa mix,
bake 30 minutes at 300F degrees.
Green chili salsa dip (beware very hot) Tomatillos are Mexican green tomatoes in husks. Remove the
stems and ** Carefully split each pepper and remove the seeds.
Remember to wear Coarsely chop the tomatillos and place in a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well. May be Salsa de aguacate Combine the tomatillos and water and boil until they are soft, about 10 - 12
minutes. Drain and discard the water.
Puree all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, adding a little water
if needed to make the salsa smooth and creamy.
Serve with to "betty crocker's" fresh tomato salsa Mix all ingredients.
Author's Notes: Here is the all-purpose southwestern favorite. This simple
salsa is unbeatable when tomatoes are at their brilliant best. If time
permits, refigerate the salsa for two or three hours before serving, so
Spicy pineapple and mint salsa In a medium bowl, combine the onion, chiles, garlic, orange and lime
juices, and pineapple. Add oil; stir to combine. Let stand at room
temperature at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. Just before serving, add
mint; toss to combine.
