add potatoes. Cover and simmer over low heat until potatoes are tender

45 minutes. Let cool.
Meanwhile, make the salsa: In a bowl, combine the tomato, corn, black

pepper and flour. Beat egg and add to mixture with just enough milk to

Mix together rice, corn, garlic, green onions, milk, chili powder,
red-pepper seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese. Pour
into casserole. Arrange tomato slices on top, overl Doritos chicken casserole Boil and debone chicken. Layer chicken, Doritos, cheese, onion, and corn
in casserole dish. Mix chicken soup, mushroom soup, milk and tomatoes.

Warm turkey-and-sweet potato salad TO PREPARE DRESSING: Combine mustard and egg in large mixing bowl, mix well
and set aside. Place the cream and dried tarragon leaves in a small
saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat on the stove. Remove from

until brown; drain. Stir in catsup, water, onion, and bouillon. Heat to

Wild rice casserole #2 Saute onions & peppers. add rice & belnd. Transfer all to casserole dish & add broth. Cover & bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minuntes (or until broth has absorbed).
Broccoli/spinach casserole Combine cooked sausage, broccoli, spinach, soup, mayonnaise and water
chestnuts in a deep casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake in a
350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Top with onion rings last 5
minutes.
Hot potato and broccoli salad Cook potatoes until tender, then dice; cook broccoli until tender.
Keep both hot. Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boil,
stirring. Pour over the vegetables and toss gently. (May be served hot
or cold.) Cal: 160, Fat: 2g.
Confetti penne Cook penne in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well. Toss
with olive oil and chill, covered. Cook carrots just until
tender-crisp. Chill. At serving time, toss penne with carrots,
zucchini, green onions, basil, whipped cream and vinegar. Holiday seafood casserole Heat oven to 350F degrees. In a medium skillet melt butter over medium
heat. Add scallions, parsley and garlic and saute, stirring constantly for 5 to 6
minutes. Be careful that the garlic does not burn. Stir in cheese, mayonnaise,
sour cream, and Freezer mix enchilada casserole Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In 2-quart
saucepan, heat frozen mix, water, olives and chili powder to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed,

French potato salad with tarragon vinaigrette Scrub potatoes. In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until fork-tender; drain. Shake pan over medium heat for a minute to dry potatoes. Cut into 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick slices. In salad bowl, combine potatoes, parsley and onion.
Tarragon vinaig Samoosas - potato filling Boil potatoes until soft. heat oil and butter together and add
