sugar had been added for 6 to 8 minutes or just until corn is tender.
Drain corn, cool, and cut kernels from cobs. In a medium bowl, combine
corn, green onions, egg, celery Corn roasted with herb butter Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Spread each ear of corn with 1
tablespoon of herb butter. Wrap each ear in foil. Roast corn on

This fresh corn soup from Renard Jacques, chef at Auberge Benedict Arnold
in St. Georges is rich and creamy. It may be made with frozen or canned
corn kernels, but it won't have the same delicate sweetness.

Mix together eggs and milk. Separately mix corn flake crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into milk and egg mixture then into the crumb mixture coating each piece evenly. Boil for 5 mins. very slowly as not to burn - do not stir. Add baking soda
and vanilla, then blend and pour over popcorn. Mix and bake in a buttered

spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels to drain.
Pour off all but 1/4 cup drippings from pot. Add butter to pot; melt over

for 1 minute more. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk,

chunks mush.

Into large pot of boiling water, cook corn 5 minutes until tender.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredi
ents. In microwave, cook on high
until butter is melted (1 - 1 1/2 minutes). Ser Skillet steak and corn In a skillet or wok over medium-hihg heat, brown steak, onion and thyme in
oil. Add wine or broth; simmer for 10 minutes or until the liquid has
evaporated. Stir in tomatoes; cover and simmer 15 minutes longer. Add the
corn and heat through. Serve Chopped salad with fresh corn Blanch green beans in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain well and place in
large bowl. Toss with cucumber, tomatoes, capers, sweet red pepper, corn,
dressing, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate one hour.
Adjust seasonings.
