Ingredients: 1/2 Pound(s) ground chuck 1/2 Cup(s) onion; chopped 1/4 Cup(s) green pepper; chopped 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1/2 Cup(s) water 1/12 Ounce(s) chili powder 1/12 Ounce(s) paprika 417/10000 Ounce(s) salt 1/8 Teaspoon(s) red pepper; ground 6 hot dogs 6 hot dog buns |
Directions: In a skillet, cook ground chuck, onion and greend pepper until meat is
browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Add tomato sauce, water, chili
powder, paprika, salt and red pepper(if desired). Simmer 15 minutes. In a
saucepan place hot dogs in enough water to cover them and bring to a boil,
simmer 5 minutes; drain.
To serve, place hot dogs in a bun and top with the meat mixture.
