Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage
1/2 carrot
8 Ounce(s) tomatos, stewed and canned
185/3407 Pound(s) sugar
4/23 Ounce(s) salt
86/1067 Quart(s) mayonnaise
Directions: 1. Peal off outer layer of cabbage if it looks wilted. 2. Cut up cabbage into chunks that will fit into the food processor. 3. Set the food processor up to slice, put a large metal bowl infront of the output shoot of the food processor and begin to shred the cabbage. 4. wash and peal one large carrot, then cut it in half length wise and put half of it through the food processor as well. 5. Mix up the shredded cabbage and carrot 6. Mix the salt and sugar with the vinegar, then poor over the cabbage and carrot. Mix it up well. 7. Cover the cabbage and carrot with suran wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. 8. When ready to serve drain vinegar and mix in mayonnaise to taste.
