Directions: Boil noodles until done, then rinse with cold water. Mix peanut butter with tea until dissolved. Add soy sauce, chili and sesame oils, vinegar, sugar and garlic; mix and pour over noodles. Top with cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds and scallions.
