Cold Kahlua Coffee Punch



Ingredients:
6 Ounce(s) Dry instant coffee
1 1/2 Cup(s) Non-fat egg substitute (equivalent to 2 eggs)
1 Quart(s) Water; boiling
1 Gallon(s) Vanilla ice cream
2 Cup(s) Kahlua
2 Quart(s) Vanilla bean, split
2 Quart(s) Water; cold
Directions: Dissolve coffee and sugar in 1 quart boiling water; stir well and refrigerate. When ready to serve, combine cold coffee mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a punch bowl. Leave the ice cream in one large chunk. Serve in punch cups. From: Ursulataylor To: Rammots (Nr)
