steaks. Cover and marinade 2 days or longer. Turn daily. The strained
marinade can be used as a BBQ baste or incorporated into gravies and sauces
afterwards.
Citrus marinade and salsa (for chicken or fish) For marinade, in a 1-cup measure combine lemon juice, sherry, oil,
oregano, and garlic salt. Set aside 2 tablespoons. Pour remaining
into a plastic bag in a bowl; add chicken or fish. Close bag; chill
1 hour, turning once.
For salsa, Sherry turkey tetrazzini 1. Heat oil and cook turkey.
2. Drain VEG-ALL; reserve liquid and combine with soups, milk and wine.
3. Add soup mixture to spaghetti and mix with turkey, vegetables, mushrooms
and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
4. Witches brew marinade Mix well. Marinate meat for a minimum of four hours.
Here is the absolute best meat marinade I have ever had...I found it in
"Delicious Decisions" the cookbook of the Jr. League of San Diego. I find
that very, very inexpensive London Wild mushroom soup with sherry Place Porcini in a medium bowl. Pour boiling water over. Let stand until
softened, about 30 minutes. Drain, reserving soaking liquid. Strain soaking
liquid through cheesecloth to remove any dirt. Coarsely chop the Porcini.
Melt butter in heavy lar Oriental dressing and marinade Combine ingredients; mix well. Use as a marinade for crisp-tender cooked
broccoli, mushrooms or favorite vegetable combinations, or toss with mixed
green salads.
