3 Yellow Wax Peppers
1 3/4 Cup(s) Water
1 1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
3 large Oranges, peeled and chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) Dark Rum
4 Tablespoon(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoon(s) Light Corn Syrup
Directions: Combine 1 1/4 cups of the water with the sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cool to room temperature. Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Puree the remaining ingredients with the remaining 1/2 cup water and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir the sugar mixture into the fruit mixture. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow directions for making ice cream.
