Directions: Stir together barbecue sauce, orange juice and rind, brown sugar, and lemon rind in a small saucepan. Bring to s boil. Lower heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minuted or until thickened slightly. Preheat broiler. Arrange chicken on a rack in a broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for 10 minutes. Brush with some of the sauce; broil 3 minutes longer. Turn chicken; broil 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink near bone.
