Break sausage into small pieces over stuffing mix in a large bowl and
sprinkle with baking powder. add celery, onion and egg beaten with water.
Toss gent Very low-fat sun-dried tomato dressing Place sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl. Pour 1/4 c. boiling water over
tomatoes and let soak for 10 minutes. Remove tomatoes and reserve the
soaking liquid. Finely dice tomatoes. Combine tomatoes and soaking liquid,
mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, g Brown derby old-fashioned french dressing Blend together all ingredients except oils. Then add olive and salad oils and mix well again. Chill. Shake before serving. Makes about 1-1/2 quarts. This dressing keeps well in the refrigerator. Can be made and stored in a 2-quart Mason jar.
Achara zuke (turnips in vinegar dressing) Starting a day ahead, peel the turnips &, one at a time, slice them
in the following fashion: Make thin slices down to within 1/8" of the
base, move the turnip a half turn clockwise & make similar slices
intersecting the first ones. Creamy italian dressing Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
Roasted onion dressing Preheat oven to 400F . Place 2 onions cut side down on baking sheet.
Pour 2 T olive oil over. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake onions 30 minutes;
turn onions over and bake until brown and caramelized, about 30 minutes

Wild pecan dressing with roasted goose In a large saute pan, melt the butter. Add the onions and celery. Season with salt and cayenne. Saute the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic. Add the pecans and saute for 4 minutes. Add the apples and rice and continue sauteing for 1 minute Radish and cilantro relish Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate
at least 1 hour.
Makes 3 cups of relish.
Caribbean beef salad (creamy chutney dressing) To make the dressing, combine the yogurt, sour cream, chutney, vinegar,
lemon juice, allspice, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Trim the fat from the roast beef. Stack the beef slices and cut lengthwise
in half and then crosswise into 1/2-inch-wide Oriental dressing and marinade Combine ingredients; mix well. Use as a marinade for crisp-tender cooked
broccoli, mushrooms or favorite vegetable combinations, or toss with mixed
green salads.

adding olive oil very, very slowly and emulsify. Add other ingredients.
Finish with more olive oil and water if mixture gets too thick. Season to
